The purpose of this site is so you can give honest, legitimate accurate reviews on companies and or individuals. No matter if they are the seller or the buyer, or the trader. You must adhere to the following allowed and not allowed content rules or you risk having your review removed, and serious violations will result in the termination of your account.

When doing a review keep in mind the more simple the review the better it is. Long winded descriptions really will make people stop reading it. Keeping things concise and to the facts is always better.

 

WHAT YOU CAN SAY AND NOT SAY:

Posting a review has some simple rules, there are things you are allowed to say, but also some things we suggest you refrain from saying as it could cause legal issues for you.

 

THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE ON THIS SITE IS THIS, IF YOU HAVE NOT DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THE PERSON OR BUSINESS, OR YOUTUBE / ONLINE CHANNEL BY WATCHING IT ETC, YOU MAY NOT POST A REVIEW. WE DO NOT ALLOW PUBLIC OUTRAGE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE.

 

  1. You can say a person or company never delivered your product. 
    1. However you may NOT say they stole from you.
  2. You may when setting up an account add the phone number of the entity you are reviewing ONLY IF IT IS A BUSINESS.
    1. You may NOT EVER post the personal phone number of any private person.
  3. You can say a person has ignored your attempts to contact them, you can say a person or company is / has ghosted you.
  4. You can say that a person was rude, you can say they used "foul" language with you.
    1. However you may not post that foul language, such as the "F" word, etc. We do not allow that on this site.
  5. You can talk about poor service, rude service etc.
  6. YOU MAY NOT POST LINKS TO OUTSIDE SITES.
  7. You may talk about sending an item, and even post the tracking number, we allow that, and also ensure when posting a tracking number you simple say what service it was sent by, example s are: UPS, USPS, FedEx. However you may not directly link to those shipper sites.

 

Basically be mindful that when posting a review keep to the facts, especially when posting a negative review. When posting negative reviews we understand it is an emotionally charged thing. You have felt wronged, you are upset, angry and want it to be known. But also by posting concise and basic information you get your word out better to those in the gaming and online buying world.

 

WHAT IF YOU SEE A REVIEW ABOUT YOURSELF / YOUR COMPANY AND FEEL IT IS UNFAIR:

If you see a review of you, your company / youtube channel etc you may reach out to use at the below email and tell us why you fee it is wrong. We will look into all claims of unfair reviews, and may ask you to provide us with documentation to back up your defense, these can be tracking numbers etc. If you refuse to cooperate with our requests then you risk the review staying up.
