Check A Seller Advertising Policy

This is the Advertising policy for all companies and individuals who wish to advertise on our website. These policies are in place, and are designed to ensure that the best companies with the best reputations are advertising here. Our Advertising policies aim to ensure ads are truthful, non-deceptive, and comply with legal and ethical standards, protecting users and maintaining platform integrity.

Basic Requirements:

1. Your company must if rated have at least a rating of 3.5 stars
2. Your company must be listed on Check A Seller
3. Your company must have at least 3 ratings
4. Your company must have contact email and location listed

Time Frames to Advertise:

We have basic requirements that govern how long you must advertise for on our platform when signing up for this service. These time frames are mandatory and are not negotiable. The time frames are based on the kind of business / service you offer.

1. Conventions / Events                3 Weeks
2. Normal Retail Businesses        2 Weeks
3. All other business types           1 Week

The Benefits of Advertising with Check A Seller:

When you advertise with us, your potential customers know you are a legitimate business who has been vetted. So right from the start there is a sense of trust that not many other businesses enjoy. Our customers know we ensure that those who advertise with us are legitimate and are who they say they are.

Products & Services you cannot advertise:

There are services and products we do not allow to be advertised for on our site. Below is a list of items and services we do not allow. This list is not complete, and we reserve the right to not allow other items or services to be advertised.

1. Firearms and ammunition.
2. Smoking, vaping and other similar products.
3. Medication even holistic based items.
4. Pornographic materials, adult content.
5. Any service or item we judge as racist or bigoted.
6. Dating services.
7. Explosives, fireworks etc.
8. Alcohol including materials to make it.
9. Gambling items or services.
10. Counterfeit goods.
11. Animals, birds, pets.
12. Healthcare goods, medications.

Or other materials, items or services that we may deem not proper for our site.

We believe in being open an honest with you on all charges. Most other places hide from you the fees they charge, as they instead want to get you on the phone talking to them, so they can "sell" you. We instead are very open and honest right up front, and below is what we charge to advertise on our site.
